If something isn't right, tell us and we'll sort it.
Unopened products
Return anything unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first so we can send return instructions.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened skincare. If a product arrived damaged or your skin reacted to it, email us with a photo and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.
